Adekunle Jinadu is a proptech entrepreneur and ecosystem advocate at the forefront of reimagining how real estate works for Africa. As the founder of GoodTenants, he is building infrastructure that unlocks trust, transparency, inclusion and investment confidence, making real estate a more bankable and efficient asset class across Africa.
Adekunle has been invited to speak on topics connecting innovation and technology to real estate at conferences and trainings and his contributions to Africa’s emerging proptech and wider tech ecosystem have been featured across media platforms including BusinessDay, ChannelsTV and CNN. Kunle’s work has been recognized with awards including Good Tenants’s recent recognition as Property Tech Company of the period by the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors, Lagos.
Kunle holds a Master’s Degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the Nottingham University Business School
